closr is a daily closeness app for couples, close friends, long-distance partners, and groups. The service may include daily questions, games, streaks, reminders, shared responses, and related relationship or friendship features.
Accounts
- Provide accurate information when creating or using an account.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Acceptable use
- Do not use closr for illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or harmful activity.
- Do not upload or share content that violates another person's rights.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, overload, or exploit the service.
- Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your relationship to another person or group.
Your content
You are responsible for the answers, messages, game responses, profile details, and other content you submit. You keep ownership of your content, but grant us the permission needed to host, process, display, and transmit it so we can operate closr.
Our content
The closr name, logo, design, software, prompts, features, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit them without permission.
Payments
closr is currently preparing for launch. If we introduce paid features, pricing, renewal terms, cancellation rights, and payment processing details will be shown before purchase and may be handled through Apple, Google, or another payment provider.
Disclaimers
closr is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times. closr is not a medical, therapy, emergency, or crisis service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, closr.to will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
